  1. In the UK 28 days, or 4 weeks, annual leave is a statutory entitlement for a full time employee. That lady from Saville Row would therefore be literally breaking the law if she didn't offer it to her employee's. Good attempt at trumping yourself up by spinning empowerment though.

  3. "I only hire black models because it should be normalised" is pretty much racist hiring tactics. You know where black models are normal? In Nigeria. Do you think its appropriate to go to Nigeria and only hire white people? No? Why do so in England then? Go to Nigeria (you wouldn't make it there because your recycled fashion is trash and Nigerians make better fashion than you do, but) you will have your world view reinforced without compromising the culture you both despise and rely on.
