  1. Ugandan folk song. It is about a lazy girl who did not know how to dig because she was so lazy, so when she got married her mum's would go to help her dig but she would be singing, let not my son- in- law find me digging. In this culture it a taboo for a son in- law and mother in law or father in law to shake hands or even see eye to eye.

  2. I FEEL MT PEOPLE SPIRIT AWAKEN IN ME,IN MY PEOPLE SPIRIT AND SOUL I AM THERE TOO WITH THEM WE ARE THE ONLY TRUE RACE THAT WALK THIS MOTHER EARTH AND EVERY OTHER IF CAME FROM MOTHER AFRICA. I AM PROVE TO BE A PART. THE MUSICE TOUCH MY SOUL AND BLOOD LINE

  3. one of the composers in the baroque period (i think) made an awesome song that was based of a medicine man that went to Africa to help the sick but i cant remember the title i Think is was Johann Sebastian Bach who made it but im not sure

  4. I love the Internet…you can hear a song that you would never otherwise hear and it will be a total mystery as to where it comes from until someone comes along and finally tells you its origin. That is awesome. (I say this because I grew up in an Internetless world)

  5. using Shazam i got who sings them
    1- Njabala
    Samite of Uganda 'Abaana
    Bakesa

    2- Soukora
    Ali Farka Touré (from Mali)

Lady Saw (googled it, shes Jamaican, not african)
